Email hello@uppervox.com. Include what you were doing, your device and browser (for example iPhone, Safari 19), and whether you use Basic, Premium or a company account. Never send passkeys, session details or full backup files unless asked.

We aim to reply within a few business days. Gildhour is run by one person, so urgent safety issues should go to your local emergency number, not to us.

FAQ

Do I need an account? No. Basic needs none. Accounts are for Premium sync or joining a company.

How do I delete my data?

  • On this device: More, Your data, Erase everything (save a backup first). Or clear the site's data in your browser, or remove the app from your home screen.
  • Account and server copy: More, Account, Delete account. This removes your account, passkeys, synced copy, company punches, alerts, notifications and push address.
  • If you own a company, delete the company first (Company settings), then delete your account.
  • If you cannot sign in, email us from any address and tell us your display name; we may need you to prove the account is yours, which is difficult without an email on file.

How do I export my data? More, Save backup gives a JSON file. Timesheet has CSV export. Invoices make a PDF through your share sheet. Company managers can export punches as CSV from the Company screen.

How do I restore? More, Restore backup, choose the JSON file.

How do I cancel or restore a subscription? More, Manage subscription opens Stripe's page, where you can cancel, change your card or download receipts. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. On a new phone, sign in with your passkey and Premium comes back with it.

Can I use it on several devices? Basic data is per device; move it with a backup. Premium syncs across devices signed in to the same account. Passkeys sync through iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager, so a new phone can sign in.

Who sees my location? On Basic, nobody but you. In a company, its managers see company punches and your location while on that company's shifts. See the Privacy Policy.

Is SOS an emergency service? No. It alerts your managers only. Call 911 first.

Who do I ask about my pay or schedule? Your employer. We only provide the tool.
