Gildhour for caterers & event staff
Event fee, overtime, mileage: billed.
An event is quoted for eight hours and runs eleven, the venue is forty minutes away, and the client gets one invoice at the end of the month. Gildhour keeps the hours honest, adds the overtime and the miles, and makes that invoice from the events you tick.
For catering crews, private chefs, event servers and bartenders who work weddings, corporate lunches and parties.
Free during early access. No account, nothing to download from an app store.
1
Hourly, flat, or both
Set the event rate per client, and a flat fee when that is the deal. Overtime after 8 hours a day, if you want it, at the multiplier you set.
2
Miles to the venue
Add the round trip at clock-out and it becomes a mileage line on the invoice, untaxed.
3
One invoice, many events
Pick the client, tick the events of the month, share the PDF. Tax applies to the service lines only.

Questions from caterers & event staff
Can I invoice several events at once?
Yes. An invoice is a client plus the shifts you tick, however many. Each becomes a dated line.
What about a flat fee for the event?
Set a flat fee on the job or on the shift. It appears as its own line, and hours can be added on top if the event runs over.
Can my whole crew use it?
Each person can use it free for their own hours. A company account adds a team board, site check-ins and a QR code at the door.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Banquet basements and tents are fine; everything is saved on the device.
