Gildhour for teachers & tutors

Every lesson logged, every parent invoiced.

Six students, three rates and a monthly invoice that depends on your memory of which Thursdays happened. Gildhour clocks each lesson, keeps one tile per student or family, and bills the month from the lessons you tick.

For private tutors, language and music teachers, driving and swimming instructors, coaches and corporate trainers.

Free during early access. No account, nothing to download from an app store.

1

A tile per student

Set a rate per lesson or per hour for each family. Tap to start the lesson; the duration is the invoice line.

2

Travel between homes

Add the miles at clock-out when you go to the student. Mileage is its own untaxed invoice line.

3

Monthly invoices

Tick the month’s lessons, share the PDF with payment instructions. Overdue invoices are flagged, and a spreadsheet covers the accountant.

Questions from teachers & tutors

Is it for school teachers on a salary?

No. Gildhour is for work billed by the lesson or the hour: tutoring, instruction, coaching and training. It does not run school payroll.

Can I charge per session instead of per hour?

Yes. Use a flat fee per shift: each lesson carries it, and extra time can be billed on top.

Can I tell students apart?

Yes. Each student or family is its own job, with its own rate, billing email and invoices.

Does it work online?

Yes. An online lesson is just a shift with no travel. Nothing needs a signal to log.
