Gildhour for personal services

Every client, every appointment, paid.

Clients are families and regulars, not companies, and the money arrives by Venmo with no paper trail. Gildhour clocks the visit or the appointment, keeps tips apart, and sends a clean invoice when a client asks for one.

For babysitters, nannies, home care and elderly companions, dog walkers and pet sitters, hairstylists, barbers, nail and makeup artists, massage therapists, personal trainers and instructors.

Free during early access. No account, nothing to download from an app store.

1

Per walk, per hour or per session

Flat fee per visit for dog walks, hourly for babysitting, per appointment for a cut. Mix them on one week.

2

Tips on their own line

Cash and Venmo tips go in at clock-out. They count toward your real hourly, and stay off the taxed lines of an invoice.

3

A record for tax time

Every visit with its date, time and miles, exportable. Invoices for the clients who ask, numbered and dated.
