Gildhour for plumbers, electricians & hvac
Every call, every part, invoiced.
A call-out, a part from the supplier, forty minutes of driving, and an invoice that has to say all three. Gildhour clocks the call where you stand, takes the parts and the miles at clock-out, and bills labor, parts and travel on separate lines.
For plumbers, electricians, HVAC and appliance technicians working on their own or as a sub.
Free during early access. No account, nothing to download from an app store.
1
Call-out plus hourly
A flat call-out fee and an hourly rate on the same job. Overtime applies after the hours you set.
2
Parts with receipts
Add the part and its cost as an expense. It lands on the invoice as a reimbursement, outside the sales tax on labor.
3
One invoice per customer
A numbered PDF with your terms: due in 14 days, pay by Zelle or check. Overdue invoices stand out.

Questions from plumbers, electricians & hvac
Does it handle licensing or permits?
No. Gildhour records time, miles, parts and invoices. Licences and permits stay where they are.
Can I bill a customer for a whole job as one line?
Yes. Use a flat fee on the shift, with hours and parts added on top if you want them shown.
I work as a sub for a bigger firm. Can I use it?
Yes, as your own record and invoices to them. If the firm uses Gildhour for the team, you can also join their company.
Does it work in basements?
Yes. It works offline and syncs nothing unless you choose Premium.
